At Village Farm, we want you to feel completely confident in your next home. When you schedule a tour and place a refundable deposit, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a two-night stay in one of our available tiny homes. It’s the perfect way to explore the community, meet your neighbors, and truly imagine life at Village Farm.
How It Works
1. Schedule Your Personal Tour
Meet with one of our Home Consultants and explore our available homes, amenities, and lifestyle offerings.
2. Place Your Deposit
Your deposit secures eligibility for the Try Before You Buy program and holds your preferred stay dates.
3. Enjoy a Two-Night Stay
Spend two nights in a furnished tiny home, subject to availability and approval by your Home Consultant. Get a feel for the space, the flow, and what daily life could look like.
4. Decide With Confidence
If you decide to purchase a home, your full deposit is applied toward your closing costs. If not, a nightly rate of $150 per night (two nights max) will be deducted from your deposit.
