Rhythm & Roots is Village Farm’s fall live music series: four Thursday nights at the Bandstand, a different Texas act each time, and Lite Bites from local chefs at the Farmhouse. Free and open to the public. Bring a chair, bring a friend, tour tiny homes, and meet the neighbors.

SOMETHING UNIQUELY AUSTIN
You turn off the road and it takes a second to place what you are looking at. A community of tiny homes, and someone driving past lifts a hand to wave. Not because they know you, but because that is what people do here. It is not what you typically expect in Austin, or most of Texas.
Village Farm is an agrihood, nestled moments from Downtown Austin and built around a USDA certified organic farm that has been working continually since 2006, on land acquired from the historic Bergstrom family. People here chose a tiny home on purpose. Less house to keep up with, less to manage, more of the day spent outside of it. That choice shows up in how the place feels.
Most of what happens comes from the people who live here. Yoga on the lawn. Art nights and workshops. A plot in the Bergstrom community gardens, and an open invitation to help with planting or harvest if you want your hands in the dirt. A seasonal farmers market on Saturday mornings, pop-up dinners at the 120-year-old Farm House, live music at the Bandstand on Thursday nights in the fall. Someone starts something and others show up.
There are resort style amenities here too, and the grounds are well kept without feeling fussy. It is a tidy, cared-for community, the kind you are glad to call home.

GREEN GATE FARMS
Village Farm Austin is centered around Green Gate Farms, a USDA certified organic farm established in 2006. Green Gate offers a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program for surrounding residents and Austin at large. With a vision to cultivate an organic farm that feeds the mind, body and soul, Green Gate is a valued partner for Austin’s only agrihood community.
POOLS AND HOT TUB
Two pools and a hot tub on site, one of the pools is temperature controlled and open year round. A long day out in the hustle of Austin, or on the farm, is greeted by a gentle and refreshing soak. Shaded seating, open sky, and the kind of neighbors who pull up a chair.
DOG PARKS
No Austin community is complete without a dog park for four-legged friends and Village Farm is no exception! Living in a tiny homes doesn’t mean you have to go pet-free. Village Farm Austin offers two dog parks and many trails to give your pets the fun and exercise they need. A dog washing station is also available for your convenience.
PICNIC & BBQ AREAS
Gathering with family and friends while firing up the grill is an Austin tradition! Village Farm Austin has multiple sitting areas throughout our community, complete with gas-fired grills and fire pits surrounded by adirondack chairs. Whether it’s spending the evening making s’mores or hosting a weekend BBQ, you’ll have the perfect place to entertain.
COMMUNITY GARDENS
Located throughout the community, Village Farm offers multiple raised gardening beds for residents who have a green thumb and are motivated to grow their own produce! As an agrihood, our goal is to provide the tools necessary for active green space and an opportunity for residents to have a personal garden close to home.
ONSITE MANAGEMENT
Offering on-site management, the Village Farm Tiny Home Community team is dedicated to assist with community rules, regulation, maintenance and social activities. Responsible for maintaining common areas year round, including tree trimming, pest control and landscaping, you can be assured community standards are upheld as you enjoy living at Village Farm throughout the years.
