GREEN GATE FARMS

Village Farm Austin is centered around Green Gate Farms, a USDA certified organic farm established in 2006. Green Gate offers a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program for surrounding residents and Austin at large. With a vision to cultivate an organic farm that feeds the mind, body and soul, Green Gate is a valued partner for Austin’s only agrihood community.

POOL AND JACUZZI

Residents of Village Farm can cool off during Austin summers or get some early morning exercise at our resort style pool. The attached jacuzzi is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day. The pool and Jacuzzi are surrounded by beautifully landscaped sitting areas to enjoy with family and friends. In addition, on site showers and restrooms are available for use.

DOG PARKS

No Austin community is complete without a dog park for four-legged friends and Village Farm is no exception! Living in a tiny homes doesn’t mean you have to go pet-free. Village Farm Austin offers two dog parks and many trails to give your pets the fun and exercise they need. Dog washing stations are also available for your convenience.

PICNIC & BBQ AREAS

Gathering with family and friends while firing up the grill is an Austin tradition! Village Farm Austin has multiple sitting areas throughout our community, complete with gas-fired grills and fire pits surrounded by adirondack chairs. Whether it’s spending the evening making s’mores or hosting a weekend BBQ, you’ll have the perfect place to entertain.

COMMUNITY GARDENS

Located throughout the community, Village Farm offers multiple raised gardening beds for residents who have a green thumb and are motivated to grow their own produce! As an agrihood, our goal is to provide the tools necessary for active green space and an opportunity for residents to have a personal garden close to home.

ONSITE MANAGEMENT

Offering on-site management, the Village Farm Tiny Home Community team is dedicated to assist with community rules, regulation, maintenance and social activities. Responsible for maintaining common areas year round, including tree trimming, pest control and landscaping, you can be assured community standards are upheld as you enjoy living at Village Farm throughout the years.
