Environmental stewardship is a cornerstone of Village Farm. Together, we can make a difference by reducing our carbon footprint and getting back to basics. But not too basic. At Village Farm, we strike the perfect balance between green living and modern convenience.

Village Farm features an initial phase of 40 home lots, and an additional 112 in phase 2. Amenities include a general store and cafe, community kitchen, pathways and sidewalks connect homes, farms, gardens, a school, neighborhood pocket parks and commercial areas into a seamless network reminiscent of a traditional village. A wide variety of activities and events, including pop-up restaurant nights, a weekly farmers market and cooking classes for kids and adults, foster community engagement and connectivity among residents.

Big on character, small in space, our low-cost, free-standing tiny homes come in many models, ranging from 250 to 399 square feet. Each home is rooted in sustainable design, with lean construction processes and built using environmentally friendly materials wherever possible, from the rooftop solar panels to the smart rain gardens and energy-efficient fixtures and appliances.
