Submit an Application

The deposit and the application are requirements to start he financing process. Our tiny homes expert will then advise you on what documentation to gather and other important information.
You’re Approved – Now What?
Once the loan is approved, it can take between 30 – 45 days to close on your new tiny home! It is crucial to maintain an open communication with your tiny home expert during this time and turn in any documents required on a timely manner to avoid delays.
Congratulations! You are a Tiny Homeowner.
Once the process is done and you are eligible to close on your tiny home there will be a few important details to go over before you get your keys. You will meet with our community manager, our warranty specialist, and our closing team. The community manager will go over community guidelines and will give you keys to all the community amenities. The second meeting will be with our warranty specialist to go over the Red Carpet Warranty Service and answer any warranty related questions.
Finally, the closing table! Here you will sign all your closing details and receive your keys!
