At Village Farm, we want you to feel completely confident in your next home. With our Try Before You Buy program, you’re invited to book a two-night stay in one of our furnished tiny homes — no deposit required to stay.
If you fall in love with the lifestyle and choose to move forward with a home purchase, the amount you paid for your stay will be credited toward your deposit when you place it. It’s the perfect way to explore the community, meet your neighbors, and imagine your life at Village Farm.
How It Works
1. Schedule Your Personal Tour
Meet with one of our Home Consultants to explore available homes, amenities, and the Village Farm lifestyle.
2. Pay for a Two-Night Stay
Enjoy a try-before-you-buy experience for $150 per night (maximum two nights).
A deposit is NOT required to book your stay.
3. Experience Tiny Home Living
Spend up to two nights in a professionally furnished tiny home (subject to availability and Home Consultant approval). Get a true feel for the space and the community.
4. Apply Your Stay Toward Your Deposit — If You Choose to Buy
If you decide to move forward with a home purchase and place a deposit, the full amount paid for your stay will be credited toward your deposit.
